When You go in, You'll find a less than comfortable, but utilitarian seating area where You can prepare Yourself for Your interaction with the woman that hands You Your order and cashes You out from behind glass partition. A relic of COVID, i'm certain. Perhaps serves as a security measure as well despite being in a very safe community. Be happy it prevents her from reaching out should Your card be declined. If You're familiar with the sitcom Seinfeld's "soup nazi", You'll experience Tradition's own Chinese version. She's never refused service from my knowledge, but just as entertaining. Don't go in with an attitude. Just enjoy the experience. She's serious, can be difficult to understand, but fun in a "performance art" way. She audits her sauces like a forensic accountant. Just smile, thank her, wish her a good day, and laugh as You leave. She'll make damn sure You get the order You wanted, no question; which isn't guaranteed when they deliver. We once received egg drop soup in lieu of white rice. Happens in a high-volume environment. Aside from that, delivery is fine. i dare not take photos of the interior so to avoid her wrath. The exterior is clearly marked by a neon sign."
